Where are the houses located?
Casa Cecilia and Casa Lisca are in the same residence with a swimming pool, in the Padule area of La Maddalena, just a few minutes from the sea and the town center. The area is full of services: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, diving centers, boat rentals, and excursions. Click here for the location.
How do you get to La Maddalena?
You can reach the island by ferry from Palau. The crossing is short and frequent all year round. From Cala Gavetta port, the houses can be reached in about 5–8 minutes by car, 15–20 minutes on foot, or by local bus (stop right below the residence).
How many people can the houses accommodate, and which one should I choose?
Both houses accommodate up to 4 people. Casa Cecilia is a functional studio, while Casa Lisca is a one-bedroom apartment with a large terrace.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, no, even though I love animals. This choice ensures comfort and respect for all guests.
Is the swimming pool available?
Yes, the pool is communal and accessible during the summer season according to set days and hours. Wearing a swim cap is required, which is provided to guests free of charge.
What is included in the houses?
Bed linens, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen with condiments, umbrella, and beach accessories.
Is a car necessary?
It’s not essential: there is a bus stop right below the residence for the town center, beaches, and Caprera.
However, having your own vehicle is recommended to move more freely around the island.
Free parking is available nearby.
Do you offer ferry discounts?
Yes, they are reserved for our guests (routes to Sardinia only, excluding routes Palau–La Maddalena).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM and check-in is from 3:00 PM. When I personally handle check-in, if the house is ready and the guest requests it, I try to accommodate an earlier check-in.
